I held on to these powerful beliefs for the longest time ever.

They were so ingrained in me, that at first, I had a hard time disassociating with them. But once I did, my entire perspective shifted on how to deal with my Social Anxiety.

After years and years of struggling, wondering why I couldn’t LET IT GO, I dug deep within to understand what was holding me back. What a fun exercise that was.

But then, POUF I had a vision.

I knew what I had to do to overcome my Social Anxiety.

I call these the 3 most powerful beliefs because they have so much power over you. Let go of them and you’ll feel like a whole new person.
