I get it, even under normal circumstances, you have these self-doubts.
What’s so different now?
Well, everything is THAT much more accentuated during social distancing and isolation: our fears, our worries, our anxieties. But also our hopes and dreams. We have so much more time now to THINK, which can sometimes (always!) be problematic.
Maybe before this crisis, you were having difficulty posting your face on social media, sharing your experiences in your blog, or trying to market your product/service because selling doesn’t feel genuine. I get it – these are normal introverted struggles. But maybe you were also progressing on those fronts.
But now, these self-doubts are paralyzing you because the landscape has changed drastically.
You might be thinking:
People have enough to worry about. They don’t care about what I have to say.
Or you might think:
I’m just going to wait for this to pass and THEN focus on my objectives.
You have to conquer your self-doubts now more than ever, there’s no time to waste.
