4 months later & my course on Social Anxiety is here!
Actually, wait for it…it’s exactly two years to the day since I told myself I was going to do a course. It really took me this long to get the courage to put something out there. So, if there’s something you’re struggling with, know that your time will come. Don’t give up!
Now, with that being said, I know I touched upon some details about this course in my previous newsletter, so I won’t harass you more on it, other than giving you a free video lesson from the course, which you can see below.
And a reminder as to why I’m offering a course on Social Anxiety.
I said it before, and I’ll say it again.
Social Anxiety is not a fact of life.
It comes and goes. For me, it hit me hard, back in March 2020 when the full city went into lockdown for 10 weeks. When I emerged out, it was as if I forgot what it was like to be part of civilization. I couldn’t hold a conversation. Look into people’s eyes. I felt so lost. And so embarrassed.
This course on Social Anxiety is what came out of that experience. I didn’t want to welcome Social Anxiety into my life again so I came up with the actions in this short course to quickly ditch it. And to do so again should it show up again now during social distancing, because let’s face it, we’re living in a difficult time socially.
Now, the disclaimer here is that THIS IS NOT A QUICK FIX. The course gives you actions to take, insights to remember, and words to live by, but the only way to walk out of the house with confidence is with courage.
Courage to keep failing. To keep trying.
This course is like a 5-hour energy shot. It will give you the tools to get going, but how far you take it is up to you. And how much you’re willing to practice.

And if this is not for you, no worries, thank you for being here and for supporting me.
I help other introverts become socially confident. As a former
socially anxious person, I know how hard it is to be yourself
in social situations without letting anxiety get the best of you.
I created Honestrox to provide you with the best content
to help you show up as yourself confidently.
